Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups ingredients for kadi


  • 2 nos butter milk packects


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 5 nos kari leaves


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 3 cups water


  • 1 cups for flower ingredients:gram flour


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/3 tsp salt


  • 1/3 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1 cups ingredients for rice:rice


  • 2 cups water


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • method for kaditake a big bowl
  • Add butter milk n all spices in it n mix it well
  • Then add water in it n mix it well
  • Then take a small bowl add gram flour n 1 /2 cup water in it n mix it well n make fine batter
  • Then put this batter it butter milk
  • Then take a wok..
  • Add oil in it
  • When it become hot add cumin seeds n kari leaves in it
  • Then add spicy butter milk in it n boil it
  • For flower.. Method
  • Take a bowl
  • Add gram flour , oil n spices in it n mix it well
  • Then add water in it n make fine dough
  • Then make small roti of the dough
  • Assemble then one on one
  • Then roll it
  • Make cut in the middle
  • Flowers is ready
  • Then put all flowers into the kadi
  • N boil it on slow for 35 mins..
  • N kadi is ready..
  • method for rice soak rice in water for 1/2 n hourtake a cooker
  • Add oil in it , then put bay leaf in it
  • Then add rice n water in it
  • Close the cooker
  • When 2 whistle blows..
  • Its done
